Hi, I’m Emily!

I’m an active mental health advocate and community uplift-er based in Yuma, Arizona. My work over the past few years has centered around compassion, service, and inclusion. I co-founded Mars Marketing and Media in 2025 and use this platform to spotlight local initiatives, small businesses, and voices that are often unheard in Yuma. I love to express myself through my social media presence and work a lot to destigmatize mental health struggles. I share many of my personal reflections, such as admitting, “I still have hard days, but it’s part of my story,” and offering resources and a compassionate ear to others in the community.
I am the wife of an Army Veteran and Firefighter, and a mom to the world’s best boys. I look forward to meeting you and hopefully working together, in some capacity, in the future.
